D-Day

Ilocos Sur National Highschool just recently celebrated its foundation day on March 09. All students  and teachers are really excited to celebrate this. Due to COVID-19, we weren't able to fully celebrate it during the previous school year, but now we are able to celebrate it freely without hassle. The school prepares parades, dance competitions, and concerts for a cause.

All students, teachers, and non-teaching staff did a parade in Vigan. Smiling faces are all you can see at the parade. And I just want to share that our section got the most disciplined title.

After the parade, every junior grade level participates in a dance competition. Grade 10 is the winner for boys, and Grade 9 is the winner for girls. Everyone gave it their all, and they didn't let anyone down.

Then, after our lunch break, we attended a concert for a cause inside the gymnasium. I was shocked because I thought only our classmates were going to perform, but no, even teachers did.

Throughout the entire event, the students shows pride and unity. The students and faculty truly came together and showed a strong bond on that day. Throughout the whole thing, there was a sense of pride and achievement.
