Adapted, Gained, Thrived: A Journey in Progress

As I reflect on my experiences during the firts quarter, I realize how much I learned in Ms. Evelyn's class. I'll admit, it wasn't easy for me at first, and I felt a bit nervous because I wasn't sure if I could give my best effort. The journey was undoubtedly filled with challenges, but as time went on, I found myself genuinely enjoying the activities and lessons in her class. In the beginning, I was a scared, but as the days passed, I developed a liking for what Ms. Evelyn was teaching us. The lessons, though challenging, played a relevant role in expanding my understanding. Ms. Evelyn's interactive teaching methods encouraged active participation, and this engagement helped me learn more.

The thing that most impressed me about these activities was how they gave us the opportunity to explore into the unknown. Ms. Evelyn's assignments encouraged us to explore into new areas of knowledge and stimulated our interest outside of the classroom. I gained knowledge of the internet's history. I also studied about the pioneers and architects of the internet. In addition, I gained knowledge about blogging. In blogging, we are able to express our opinions through blogging.

Memorization isn't one of my strongest skills, so it was the primary challenge I had to overcome during this time. I have to admit that memorizing is not my forte. As a result, every time there isa quiz, I had to concentrate very hard in order to memorize names and dates to. The importance of these details was emphasized in our class, which increased the pressure related to this part of the learning process.
Moreover, consulting with peers and participating in group study sessions were advantageous. Talking about and instructing others on the subject improved  my comprehension and gave me new insights that aided in the memorization process.

Moving on, I will promise to keep working toward improvement going forward. I accept that learning comes from mistakes and that it is necessary for progress. Recognizing failures as opportunities, I try to improve, adjust, and take a positive approach to obstacles. Along the way, I will not only improve my memorization skills but also learn to embrace curiosity, resiliency, and lifelong learning in a holistic way. I'm prepared to use every challenge as a chance for growth and development.
