          The Ilocos Sur Festival is a truly special occasion. In Ilocos Sur, everyone celebrates. Since this festival has become rooted in our culture and traditions, it is important that we celebrate it. People come together at the Ilocos Sur Festival from all over the world. Tourists also travel to vigan to celebrate this festival. There are activities, food, and festival/street dances. One of the activities they hosted was concerts, featuring renowned artists such as Juan Karlos, Al James, and a many of other singers who graced Ilocos Sur with their performances.
